Whatever your business, you should keep track of your profit or loss and cashflow to ensure you know how it is performing. Even if you are constantly busy it doesn’t always follow that you are making a profit. But, unfortunately, you don’t always have the time or sometimes the inclination to keep the books up to date.
This is where we come in, we can take away all the hassle and do your bookkeeping for you. We will provide you with comprehensive reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, so that you know exactly how your business is doing and specifically where any problems may be.
Our services range from producing just your VAT return on a quarterly basis to producing comprehensive weekly or monthly management accounts. We will, of course, just produce figures on an monthly, quarterly or annual basis for you, ready to go to your existing accountant.
We can provide these services either on or off site. For onsite* work we can provide a computer program at a discounted price for installation on your computer or we can use your own program, if you already have one. For offsite work we can still provide a computer program for you to enter the basic data and we can then access the program online to do the reconciliations etc. and provide you with reports.
